Your dog or puppy is not only your best friend, he or she is part of your family. Their only desire is to love you unconditionally and to be with you all of time. However, without training and socialization, many dogs find themselves in shelters or living outdoors. This is not only sad but unnecessary.

There are many types of issues that need addressing from puppy hood through senior citizen... and yes, you CAN teach an older dog new tricks! 

I encourage the entire family to get involved with the training. I suggest the children be at least 8 years of age. This is the family pet so it should be a family affair!
